Notes (April 2007)

This is not a comprehensive list of products, and is provided as a guide only.

Prices include delivery to one UK mainland address.

Please don't send any attachments with initial emails. We will not open attachments from unknown sources.

All prices need to be confirmed in writing before we begin working on a project.

If you would like a quote please provide us with as much information as possible, in particular we need to know:

1. Subject, will you be providing text or do you need copy writing?

2. Will you supply images (please ensure you own copyright of any items you intend to be used) or will we need to create/source them for you?

3. Do you have a current identity which needs to be followed, or is this project all new?

Terms

Proof supplied in pdf format by email unless requested otherwise. Hard copy proofs will be charged on top of our list prices. Only a machine proof from the printer can be considered to be colour accurate, please state if this is required, and we will quote accordingly.

All work to be paid for in full before a job goes to print.

Before we send a job to print you need to provide a formal sign off to state that you have read through all details including all contact information, and are happy for the job to proceed to print and that you own any necessary copyright for all images supplied by you . Any errors discovered after the sign off may need corrections at additional expense, this could be considerable if the print process has begun.

VAT to be added to all prices at the appropriate rate (for some items this could be ZERO).

All work and materials are the property of Leech Design Limited until paid for in full. Any illustration originals and photography to remain the property of Leech Design Limited unless specifically stated otherwise in a contract with details listed on a final invoice.
